John conducts this service as a way to give back to the community.
A small part of the fees paid to him will go towards maintenance of his website and other celebrant requirements. $300 from each service is paid as a donation to a registered charity (that operates in Christchurch) of your own choice. John will provide you with the receipt of the donation made.

A further $200 goes towards maintaining John's ability to provide the best service possible for you on the day. This includes registration, website fees, scripting your personalised service and transport locally. This takes the total fees to $500 all up. 

$100 deposit is required when agreement is reached for John to be your celebrant. The remainder is either paid at the same time or paid no later than one month prior to the day John is booked to conduct the celebration. Out of town travel and accommodation extra.

Cancellation within two months of the date booked incurs a 100% cancellation fee. However, if the date is cancelled more than two months before the date booked, and you paid your fee directly to John, 100% is refunded.
